Education Benefits You… Participation in USAA monthly meetings and educational seminars is a prime opportunity to stay apprised of industry updates and training curriculum. USAA offers a national designation for vendors (Certified Apartment Supplier) through the National Apartment Association. 

USAA keeps you informed on relevant local and national legislative issues, laws governing our industry and criteria for certification. Through active participation, you gain a valuable network of professional contacts to aid you in accurate marketing and economic transactions.

Business Opportunities Benefit You… From its inception, USAA has afforded multi-family suppliers important access to key decision makers through such avenues as monthly Membership meetings, USAA Membership Directory, quarterly electronic E-news, committee involvement opportunities, Board of Directors representation (three positions for vendor members per year) and sponsorship opportunities.

USAA tailors programs for the benefit of vendor companies including an annual Trade Show,  Golf Tournament and Vendor Appreciation night. USAA appreciates your talents, knowledge, and input in promoting a strong multi-family industry and encourages members to do business with USAA vendor members. 

The Upper State Apartment Association sponsors an annual landscape design contest among its multi-family communities. The awards program is designed to recognize apartment communities that lead the local industry in effective use of landscape dollars. The judging criterion is based on all ages, which allows all properties to be able to participate on their level.

Electronic e-news provides members information as to what the next meeting will be about and all education and special upcoming events, along with information on local, state, and national matters of interest.
