Direct Associate Member - Annual Dues are $2.09 per unit with a $200.00 ( or 96 unit) minimum plus a base fee of $250.
The base fee is a required annula fee which assists USAA in defraying the cost of dues pad on each member's behalf to the South Carolina Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. As a "Thank You" to our Direct Associate members, USAA provides one pre-paid dinner reservation per property for nine (9) annual dinner meetings. (Excludes Crisis Outreach Fundraiser and Trade Show attendance.) This alone is a $270 value!
