 Take a look at all of USAA's Committee's: 

Communications Committee: Meets 2nd Wednesday @ 11am
Communications Committee shall consist of one Board of Directors, one Chair Person and USAA member volunteers.
Committee will be responsible for promoting the multi-family industry and the Association’s work on its behalf to its
constituencies and the public served by the industry.  Committee shall provide marketing assistance and oversight for the electronic delivery of association information, programs and other member initiatives via social media, website and quarterly member newsletters.

Excellence Awards Committee: Meets 3rd Tuesday @ 11am
Excellence Awards Committee shall consist of one Board of Directors, one Chair Person and USAA member volunteers.
Committee will be responsible for planning the annual awards event including Venue selection, developing a theme,
decorations, awards selection and promoting the event. Committee will coordinate with Education Director to present awards throughout the year, as necessary. 

Golf Tournament Committee: Meets 2nd Wednesday @ 2pm
Golf Tournament Committee shall consist of one Board of Directors, one Chair Person and USAA member volunteers.
Committee will be responsible for the planning and execution of the annual golf tournament. Committee shall assist with recruiting teams, sponsors and prize donations as well as volunteering on the day of event to help with other duties as assigned.  

Government Affairs Committee: Meets 2nd Tuesday @ 9am
Government Affairs Committee shall consist of one Board of Directors, one Chair Person and USAA member volunteers. Committee will coordinate with state and national associations activities of legislative interest and maintain contact with local elected officials. Committee will solicit voluntary political contributions from members and distribute the same to selected political campaigns or causes in accordance of state and federal law, through a political action fund. Committee shall review the Association By-Laws to ensure they are maintained in a complete, current and organized manner in compliance with SCAA By-Laws. Committee shall inform Board of Directors of relevant issues and suggested revision for a vote and approval by Board of Directors. Committee members shall promote and encourage members to attend the annual SCAA Legislative Day. 

Maintenance Appreciation Committee: Meets 3rd Wednesday @ 11am
Maintenance Appreciation Committee shall consist of one Board of Directors, one Chair Person and USAA member
volunteers. Committee will assist in planning Maintenance Appreciation events to include planning topics and securing
sponsorships. Committee will also assist with planning and executing Maintenance Mania to occur no more than every other year.

Membership Committee: Meets 2nd Wednesday @ 9am
Membership Committee shall consist of one Board of Directors, one Chair Person and USAA member volunteers. Committee will assist with planning and execution of New Member Orientation and serve as mentors for new members. Committee will be responsible for holding one annual membership blitz. 

Outreach Committee: Meets 3rd Tuesday @ 9am
Outreach Committee shall consist of one Board of Directors, one Chair Person and USAA member volunteers. Committee will plan and execute 4 community projects, one per quarter.  All proceeds and improvements will be donated to the Organization/Charity of Choice. 

Service and Relations Committee: Meets 3rd Wednesday @ 9am
Services and Relations Committee shall consist of one Board of Directors, one Chair Person and USAA member volunteers. Committee will plan and execute annual fundraiser to assist USAA members in unfortunate situations. Committee will also determine, plan and execute events that mutually benefit relationships between USAA, the multi-family industry and their publics including the annual Southern Comfort New Construction Bus Tour. 

Supplier Appreciation Committee: Meets 2ndTuesday @ 2pm
Supplier Appreciation Committee shall consist of one Board of Directors, one Chair Person and USAA member volunteers. Committee will plan and execute annual event to recognize and appreciate USAA supplier members. 

Trade Show Committee: Meets 2nd Tuesday @ 11am
Trade Show Committee shall consist of one Board of Directors, one Chair Person and USAA member volunteers. Committee will plan and execute Annual Supplier Trade Show and beginning in 2017 an annual Reverse Trade Show. Committee shall assist with recruiting supplier and or community participants, sponsors and prize donations as well as volunteering on the day of event to help with other duties as assigned.
