Requirements:
Experience in apartment management, ability to work with Outlook, Word and Yardi.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Immediately build rapport with prospective residents
Close the sale
Prepare lease agreements and paperwork
Ensure apartments look and smell clean
Demonstrate understanding of pricing, floorplans and amenities while taking prospects on tours
Creative thinking when doing outreach marketing and resident events
Manage online social media for the community
Skills Needed include previous sales and customer service experience, excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service, problem solving, and self-motivated. This role requires a lot of energy and enthusiasm.

The leasing consultant is expected to work most Saturdays (our office is closed on Sundays!). Throughout the week the hours are 9-6 with an hour lunch break. Ardmore has great benefits, holidays and paid time off.

Wage: Depends on Experience
