Location: Upstate, SC Area

Job Summary:

The Regional Property Manager is responsible for insuring the efficient operation of all the properties within his or her portfolio. This individual maintains relationships with all employees and ensure consistent application of company policies. Regional Property Manager must maintain relationships between the property and all other departments within Southwood Realty.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all onsite operations within his or her portfolio area
  • Focus on building elite teams at each site within the portfolio
  • Contribute to the growth in value of each asset
  • Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to the multi-family industry
  • Responsible for the thorough knowledge, implementation and enforcement of all policies and procedures of Southwood Realty; and that the portfolio is operating within those regulations.
  • Operating his or her portfolio within the financial guidelines, i.e., the budget established
  • Responsible for insuring a professional appearance and attitude always for yourself and all your property employees
  • Responsible for insuring that all personnel respond to resident requests of complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Responsible for implementing, designing and maintaining a resident retention program

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment
  • At least 5 years of experience within the multifamily industry
  • Works as a team but also has strong leadership and communication skills
  • Exercises problem-solving skills
  • Must be organized
  • High School Diploma
  • Able to type at least 40 WPM
