This specialized membership is for small and large Apartment Communities, Management Companies and IRO's. Please use correct application for number of units (less than 50 units or 50 or more units). Management Companies automatically become a member when apartment community joins. Please call the office for questions.

USAA continually represents our area in regulatory and legislative issues and changes that are vital to your community. Your local industry leaders represent you on the state and national levels. The South Carolina Apartment Association (SCAA) has lobbyists in Columbia, South Carolina working on behalf of the multi-family housing industry. When you join USAA, you are also automatically a member of the SCAA as well as the National Apartment Association (NAA.)

Annual Dues:

Direct Associate - 49 units or less.  Various addresses may be combined until the 50 units is reached. Membership allows for Apartment Community, Management Companies and IRO's.  $168 Membership Fee plus $99 Management Fee, per year. Membership will be prorated for partial year.

Direct Associate – 50 units or more.  Membership allows for Apartment Community, Management Companies and IRO's.  $2.47 per unit plus *$299 Management Fee, per year. Membership will be prorated for partial year. *$299 Management Fee allows 1 admission for monthly networking meetings per community.

This specialized membership is for Management Companies with communities and units in our market. Community joins the association and Management Company is automatic member.
