Katie Stone

I have had the privilege of serving the Multifamily Industry for over 15 Years. I have the honor of working every style of asset and in multiple markets. I began leasing with Stephen D Bell in 2007 and now manage a single-family community for Cushman and Wakefield. I have served as a Board Member during multiple years and now I am serving as USAA Executive Board Treasurer for the year 2024. I also serve on the 2024 NAA Marketing Committee. I strive to educate my teams and peers with the goal of increasing all aspects of our industry.
