Cancellation Policy

Event cancellation policy:

Attendee
Cancellations are accepted up to seven (7) days prior to the event date. No refunds will be granted on cancellations received within this one week time frame. All cancellations must be received in writing. 

Sponsorship/Exhibitors 
Cancellations are accepted up to thirty (30) days prior to the event date. A 20% administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be granted on cancellations received within the thirty (30) day time frame. All cancellations must be received in writing. 

If the event is canceled by USAA, the member is entitled to a full refund. If the event or program is postponed within the same year, or if the location of the event or program is changed, the member remains committed to this commitment with the date and or location change. Cancellation requests will be honored according to the policy. 

Education Seminar cancellation policy:

Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours prior to the class date. No refunds will be granted on cancellations received within this 72-hour time frame. All cancellations must be received in writing. 
    

Credential / Certificate / License cancellation policy:

A 20% administrative fee will be charged for ALL cancellations. Cancellations are accepted up to seven (7) business days prior to the class. No refunds will be granted on cancellations received within the seven (7) day time frame. All cancellations must be received in writing.
