Alexis Mcpherson

Alexis brings over 20 years of experience in managing conventional multifamily housing across diverse markets throughout the Southeast. Her career encompasses a broad range of asset types, including lease-ups, renovations, repositioned assets, and mid-rise, garden-style, and build-to-rent communities.​

As a Senior Regional Property Manager with Greystar, Alexis oversees a portfolio of approximately 1,800 apartment homes spanning South Carolina, Coastal Georgia, and Western North Carolina, including the Greenville, Savannah, Hilton Head, Bluffton, Columbia, Florence, Augusta, and Asheville markets. ​

Throughout her career, Alexis has been recognized for her leadership and operational excellence, including being a two-time recipient of the Greystar Regional Property Manager of the Year award. She has successfully led numerous lease-ups, repositioning projects, and capital improvement initiatives, consistently enhancing property value, team performance, and resident satisfaction. ​

Alexis began her career in 2005, following her graduation from the University of South Carolina-Upstate, where she studied Business and Graphic Design. Before joining Greystar, she held progressive roles with Johnson Development and First Communities. ​

Committed to professional growth and industry involvement, Alexis serves on the executive board of the Upper State Apartment Association, where she has chaired multiple committees. She holds a Property Manager License and several professional designations, including Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
