Jessica Campbell

Jessica Campbell serves as the Director of Member Development & Advocacy for the Upper State Apartment Association. With more than a decade of experience in multifamily housing, Jessica has worked her way through a variety of onsite roles, from Leasing Consultant, Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager before transitioning into association leadership. Today, she focuses on member engagement, industry advocacy, education and creating valuable connections and resources for multifamily professionals. Jessica is also a graduate of the NAA Advocacy Academy Class of 2025 and is passionate about supporting the people and professionals who make the multifamily industry thrive.
