USAA'S 33rd ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

*Note, there will be traffic in the morning between 6:45-8:15am and afternoon from 1:30-3:15pm as Rudolph Gordon is nearby and serves grades K5-8th.

Welcome to your worst nightmare... a "Nightmare On the Fairway!" 👻⛳️

Don't let your short game haunt you! Join us on Thursday, October 29th, at the Carolina Springs Golf Course for a frightfully good time at the 33rd Annual USAA Golf Tournament.

Grab your skeleton crew and hit the links, sponsor a haunted hole, drive a spooky "Uber" cart, deliver boos (and beverages!), or simply mingle with the monsters at the driving range!

We are dying to see your creativity! There will be killer prizes for the best decorated cart and the best sponsor hole. Show us your most terrifying "Nightmare On the Fairway" decor out on the course—think creeping terror, haunted hazards, and ghoulish greens! 🕸️🦇

Tournament Schedule

7:00 AM Uber & Bev Cart Check In

7:30 AM Uber Carts Begin Running

8:00 AM Team & Sponsor Check-In/Breakfast/Driving Range Time/Uber Drivers running

9:15 AM All Players, Hole Sponsors, Beverage Carts need to be checked in, set up, and ready to begin the tournament.

*Out of courtesy to players and participants we will start promptly at 9:30 am. Any sponsors that are not checked in & set up by 9:15am forfeits their hole/cart.

9:30 AM Tournament Shotgun Start

1:30 PM Cook out begins at the ballroom attached to the clubhouse

3:00 PM Tournament End (to be eligible for team awards players must return to clubhouse and turn in their scorecards by 3pm) & cookout in the clubhouse/Uber Drivers head back to clubhouse

3:30 PM Sponsor Awards, Team Awards, Theme winners announced

Mulligans are back! $30 for 2 mulligans or $100 for 4 person team (8 mulligans for the entire team). 

Cancellation policy for this event: Teams and sponsorship reservations are non-refundable after October 9th. No shows will be invoiced. Requests must be submitted to jessica@upperstate.org
