Chris Burns, Senior Vice President

Chris Burns is Senior Vice President for Willow Bridge Property Company (formally Lincoln Property Company) and is responsible for all multi-family management operations and new business development throughout the eastern United States, representing a portfolio of over 120,000 units.
Mr. Burns has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of multi-family development and management. Mr. Burns joined Willow Bridge in 1992. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1982 and holds the CPM® designation through the institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. Burns also holds the designations of CAPS and CAM through the National Apartment Association.
Mr. Burns is the Chair of the National Apartment Association for 2026. He is also a Past Chairman and a member of the Florida Apartment Association Hall of Fame as well as a past Chairman of both the Atlanta and Georgia Apartment Associations.
