Financials for Assistant Managers

Katie Austin began her career in 2007 with Stephen D Bell. Since then, she has worked with different types of clients such as Private Owners, MAA, and currently Cushman and Wakefield. She has overseen multiple markets such as Atlanta Georgia, Greenville South Carolina, and Phoenix Arizona.  She has been awarded Best Net Operating Income for MAA in 2019 and 2020. Since 2012, Katie has led education courses for Property Management Licensing, Certified Apartment Manager Licensing, and multiple CEC required courses. Her strength is in increasing the financial value of the properties.

Katie has represented your local Association by serving 4 terms on the Board of Directors and overseeing many committees. Katie currently manages single family communities and is a certified trainer with Cushman and Wakefield's Pilot Program created for new hires. When Katie is not bettering her industry you can find her on the sidelines as a Varsity Volleyball coach at JL Mann High School.
