Webinar presented by Liz Newkirk

May 20, 2026
2pm ET - 3pm ET

In today’s market, one negative TikTok or Instagram post can spread faster than any marketing campaign, shaping public perception, damaging onsite teams’ reputations, and even influencing leasing decisions. This session will unpack how non-resident and resident-driven content impacts brand trust and occupancy, why social media has become the “new word-of-mouth,” and what executives can do to mitigate risks. Executives will leave with a clear framework to safeguard their teams and bottom line in the digital-first leasing landscape.

  • Understand how online reviews and viral content directly affect occupancy.
  • Protect onsite teams from reputation damage.
  • Develop proactive social listening and response plans.
  • Turn negative narratives into opportunities for stronger resident engagement.

Join Liz Newkirk and the Webinar Wednesday Team on May 20, 2026 at 2pm Eastern Time To Learn How to Protecting Your Team
