Property Management Pre-Licensing Course

Our October 2018 Property Management Pre-Licensing Course will take place over 4 days. 

This class is required by South Carolina's Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation or SC LLR for you to obtain your Property Managers Licesing in the state of South Carolina. Below is a link for the state requirements to take this 30 hour course.

Day 2 Thursday, October 11, 2018 8:30AM-5:00PM

Day 3 Wednesday, October 17, 2018 8:30AM-5:00PM

Day 4 Thursday, October 18, 2018 8:30AM-3:00PM
