Supplier's Council Meeting

Joshua Nichols is the Vice President of Business Development for Guardian Construction and has spent the past 17 years in the multifamily industry building strong relationships, driving growth, and helping elevate apartment communities across the country.

Joshua is deeply involved in the apartment association world at both the local and national levels. He has served in leadership roles with the Texas Apartment Association, Austin Apartment Association, and the National Apartment Association, contributing to committees such as NextGen, Product and Service Councils, PAC Ambassadors, and education-focused initiatives. Most recently, he was selected to serve as 1st Vice Chair of the Texas Supplier Council and Vice President of the Austin Apartment Association — roles that reflect both his industry impact and commitment to giving back.
