We'll hear from guest speaker, Cynthia Buchanan, with Willow Bridge Property Company. 

Cynthia Buchanan brings 20 years of experience in the Multi Family industry. She currently serves as a Regional Manager in South and North Carolina. She holds an active South Carolina Brokers License, Real Estate Instructor license, and has her CAM designation through the National Apartment Association. She is well versed in lease ups, value ads, stabilized and mixed-use developments.

Prior to her time at Willow Bridge, Cynthia served as a Senior Regional Manager at NHE overseeing diverse portfolios throughout the Southeast. Cynthia actively participates in teaching CAM, as well as South Carolina Property Management pre licensing for the Upper State Apartment Association. She was awarded Regional Manager of the Year in 2022 for the Upper State Apartment Association, as well as Instructor of the Year.
