For 26 years Upper State Apartment Association has hosted an annual golf tradition that brings members and associates back each year for an unforgettable experience. The small gatherings on a hole, flagging down a beverage cart, fun foursomes of career associates, cookouts and raffle prizes are only a few reasons the spirit lives on.
Annual Trade Show
USAA's Supplier Trade Show is our most anticipated annual event. Each year our Supplier Partners exhibit with a display of products and services geared towards helping customers to grown their business and enhance their bottom line. Each year our event attendees make great connections and share insights during the many networking opportunities.

Maintenance Mania
Our local talent shines through as Upper State Apartment Association hosted our first Maintenance Mania® in over 10 years. Member maintenance technicians competed against each other in various skill-based games. Winners had an apportunity to win awards at a local level and a chance to compete at the National Championship held at the annual NAA Education Conference & Exposition.
