TRADE SHOW MAP
Important Exhibitor Information and Deadlines
- Electrical Orders must be ordered through USAA by August 24th. Day-of electrical orders will only be available until 2:00pm the day-of.
- Setup times will be assigned and distributed with your show directive
- We anticipate 200-300 Direct attendees, please be sure to plan accordingly.
Theme - "Smiling Faces, Beautiful Places"
USAA's event committee has put their spin on the classic South Carolina tag line with a nod to the "faces" half. Decor around the show will lean into a high school yearbook feel. Your booth doesn't have to match exactly though. Here are some examples:
- South Carolina - lean into the local pride, scenery and anything else that screams South Carolina!
- School Year / Yearbook - think mascots, class of 1999 energy, varsity letter jackets. Anything that brings you back
- Professional brand - showcase your company as-is. No theme required.
These are some simple suggestions to get the ideas flowing. We encourage to be creative, be different and stand out!

Supplier Trade Show Agenda
Set up time will be assigned in order of registration between 12-4pm. Have a giveaway valued minimum $50 at your booth. 5-5:30 is Supplier Dinnertime. 5-7pm will be Maintenance Appreciation Happy Hour at Booth 74. There is a $100 fee for dismantling early. No food, beverages, or swag bags allowed from suppliers. |
