She is actively involved in developing and maintaining major employer relationships and community business partnerships.

Carroll received a Bachelor of Science in Community Leadership and Development with a minor in Communication from the University of Kentucky. She has a strong passion for the arts and enjoys snow skiing and being outdoors in her free time.
