A Charlotte native, Kevin attended Appalachian State University in Boone, NC and received an undergraduate degree in History and German. After working in state politics for a year after graduation, Kevin enrolled at the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school at U of SC, Kevin became a member of the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business and clerked at immigration firms in both Raleigh and Charlotte. After receiving his JD, Kevin worked as an attorney in Child Advocacy, Indigent Advocacy, and residential Real Estate before joining BWP. In his free time, Kevin enjoys traveling the world, taking naps on the couch with his dog, Apollo, and exploring Charlotte to find hidden gems that are off the beaten path.
