Location: Spartanburg, SC (Zip 29306)

Hours: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM -- OR -- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Pay Rate: $14.00 - $15.00/hour (rate depends on skills & experience)

We seek a BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) ADMINISTRATIVE COMPUTER LITERATE PROFESSIONAL to join our team in Spartanburg, SC.

Core Function:

The successful candidate will be part of a team focused on supporting our wholesale flooring business by interacting with our subcontracted flooring installers. He/she will be computer savvy and will work with our computer system, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Gmail.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Required: Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Flooring industry experience is preferred, but is not required
  • Computer proficiency - data entry, able to correspond effectively via email, perform data input, etc. Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets is preferred, but similar experience will be considered
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Professional, customer-focused approach
  • Proactive problem solver – takes initiative to identify, research and resolve problems as they arise; willing to help others when needed to solve issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone presence
  • Proven independent contributor, as well as a strong team player
