The Floating Maintenance Technician supports maintenance operations across six apartment communities throughout the Upstate South Carolina market, primarily in the Greenville–Spartanburg area. This role is responsible for completing service requests, assisting with make-readies, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting HVAC systems with a strong working knowledge of heating and cooling diagnostics and repair. The position requires flexibility to travel between assigned communities, respond to priority maintenance needs, and uphold company standards for safety, efficiency, and resident satisfaction. Strong technical skills, time management, and the ability to work independently while supporting multiple teams are essential for success in this fast-paced, multi-site role.
