Property Manager — Multifamily Properties (148 and/or 84 Units)  Location: Two multifamily communities (148 units and 84 units), Easley, SC Reports to: Property Ownership Employment type: Full-time  About the Role Ownership is seeking an experienced, professional Property Manager to oversee leasing operations, resident relations, and financial/maintenance coordination across two established multifamily communities (148 units and/or 86 units). This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of occupancy, pricing, vendor coordination, and the day-to-day resident experience.  Responsibilities - Manage the full leasing cycle: inquiries, tours, applications, screening, lease execution,    and renewals - Maintain occupancy and pricing strategy in coordination with ownership - Track and report on vacancy, lease expirations, and market comps - Review and enter bills; track vendor invoices and expenses in AppFolio - Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests and unit turnover timelines with maintenance staff - Maintain accurate resident and unit records in AppFolio - Handle resident inquiries and escalate issues appropriately - Manage resident retention and social events - Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and lease documentation standards - Provide regular occupancy and leasing performance reports to ownership  Qualifications - Minimum 3–5 years of multifamily leasing management experience (required) - Proficiency with AppFolio or comparable property management software (required) - Experience handling accounts payable / bill entry and vendor coordination - Strong understanding of fair housing regulations - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Experience managing properties of comparable size (75–150 units) preferred - Professional references from prior multifamily ownership/management required  What We Offer - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Direct reporting relationship with ownership — this is not a role buried under layers of    corporate management - Stability: well-maintained, long-held assets with no planned sale or ownership change  To apply, submit resume and references to Fourway327@gmail.com
