The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations at the apartment community. This includes managing maintenance staff, scheduling and executing maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and property standards. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a leadership role in maintaining curb appeal, resident satisfaction, and functionality of all mechanical systems and building infrastructure.
