NAA Click & Lease Forms Update 


Dear NAA Click & Lease User,

The NAA Click & Lease Program will be updated on June 17, 2020 to include the following changes to your lease forms. The Release Notes, which are accessible when logged into your NAA Click & Lease Program, include copies of these upcoming forms.  

Should you have any questions about these changes, please contact NAA.  As always, we recommend you and your local legal counsel review all new and/or updated forms before implementing them into your leasing operations.

Updated Forms:

  1. Reasonable Modification and Accommodations Policy — The changes below were made to this form for the following states (for states not listed, no changes were made): Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey,  New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

How will the users experience within the NAA Click & Lease be affected?
The following changes will be implemented within the NAA Click & Lease Program in correlation to the form revisions.

  • Reasonable Accommodations/Modifications Verification Form. Multiple new fields will be added to the hyperlinked page for this form so that the Return Address fields can be completed prior to printing.
